With this free app, we make fitness fun - you can take your workout on the go and have MK's recipes at your fingertips. In fact, you can always pull out a healthy recipe and squeeze in a workout session with Michelle Kristensen through her training camp. So, a warm welcome to a universe overflowing with passion for healthy food, exercise, and the simple, wholesome everyday life. The community is for those looking to kickstart weight loss or those aiming to become a healthier version of themselves.
MK stands for Michelle Kristensen, for Motion & Kost - and Most for Women. The MK Universe is a health mecca where the MK team rejoices in beautiful weight loss transformations, and where dieting is a foreign concept to us. We believe much more in a healthy lifestyle change! That's why we have made it as easy as possible for you to navigate the app, categorizing the many recipes into sections such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
Our mission is to sprinkle some health into your cooking so you realize that healthy and slimming food can be extremely tasty, satisfying, and simple to prepare. Health and weight loss are not just about fitness and one diet after another. Above all, it's about figuring out what works best for you - and being happy in your own skin. Nutrition plays an enormous role here! The app contains over 85 free recipes crafted according to MK principles. We guarantee that each recipe in the MK Universe is delicious, easy, and quick to put together. You will also find many other recipes available for purchase.

The latter is the little sister of the popular MK Online Camp, which lasts for 4 weeks. Through this free-to-download app, you can learn more about these two camps.
The woman behind the MK Universe has authored a total of more than 20 books and e-books. She is a regular health expert on "Go' Morgen Danmark," and over 72,000 people have participated in one of her online camps - in addition to coaching around 3500 women at her physical MK boot camps. The MK principles and the entire approach to cooking, weight loss, and exercise are based on Michelle Kristensen's over 15 years of experience with a healthy lifestyle and weight loss. She is passionate about cooking, holding a bachelor's degree in Sports Science along with supplementary courses from the Master's program in Human Nutrition.

Subscription fees are paid monthly or yearly. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. An account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period with the rate you have selected. Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's account settings on the device.
